As some of you noticed, the SI Swimming website was offline yesterday as users were inexplicably forwarded to another search website. Â A malicious hacker had gotten into the website and changed some of the website code. Â The website has been restored from a backup copy and additional safeguards against unauthorized intrusion are now in place. As a result, users who had previously registered with this website will now need to login with a new password. Â We apologize for the inconvenience.
Heartland Swim Association, the host of this weekend’s 12 Over NTS meet, has forwarded the approximate timeline for this weekend’s meet along with timing chair information and warm-up schedule.  The meet director also advises that due to the large number of swimmers entered (565 already), they are not accepting any late or deck entries.

Day 1 of the 2010 All-Star Tri-Meet between Central California, Sierra Nevada, and San Diego-Imperial Swimming is in the books, and results are now available. Â The meet was held under surprisingly clear and warm skies, and after competition concluded a carne asada dinner was held for all the athletes and coaches so they could socialize in a slightly less competitive atmosphere. Â Warm-ups begin Saturday at 11:30 at the Loma Verde pool in Chula Vista, with the meet beginning around 1:00pm.
